V&S Global Studio is a vertically integrated platform that transforms emerging fashion talent into globally relevant brands.
We partner with a select group of designers each year. Our model is built around three connected verticals, majority acquisition for established brands ready to scale, premium retainer for designers seeking embedded operator support, and advisory incubation for emerging talent.
Each vertical shares one infrastructure: editorial authority through Vogue and our publishing partners, distribution access across U.S. and international retail, and the cultural network that turns creative recognition into commercial scale.
We do not operate as a traditional agency, accelerator, or capital provider. We are the bridge between creative vision and institutional capital.

VERTICAL A
Growth Equity
Minority stakes in designer brands that already sell. We invest at $3M–$10M of revenue with proven repeat purchase, take 15–21%, and underwrite every position to a named acquirer before a dollar goes out.
VERTICAL B
Access Program
Embedded operator support on a monthly retainer, across three tiers. Brand and collection strategy, editorial placement, merchandising and wholesale operations, with dedicated account leadership and direct access to the V&S press, distribution and capital network.
VERTICAL C
Specialist Capability
The functions a growing brand cannot staff alone: an AI-native toolkit for presentation, discovery and merchandising; e-commerce and digital operators; wholesale and production routes through vetted partners; and arranged working-capital financing. Some sit in-house, some run through partners.
